Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview

At AK Management Services, we strive to provide the best possible service experience. We understand that plans can change, and we have designed our cancellation and refund policy to be as fair as possible to both our clients and our operational teams. This policy outlines the procedures for cancelling a service and the conditions under which a refund may be issued.

Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel their scheduled service booking under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before Service: If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, any advance payment made will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
  • Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Service: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total booking amount (or the full advance amount, whichever is lower) will be applicable. The remaining amount of your advance payment, if any, will be refunded.
  • Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show: If a cancellation is made on the day of the service, or if our team arrives at the location and is unable to gain access or start the work due to reasons not attributable to AK Management Services (e.g., no one at home, refusal of entry), the entire advance payment will be forfeited as a no-show fee.

How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a booking, please contact our customer support team directly by calling +919719200288. Please provide your Booking ID for a faster process. Cancellations made via email may not be processed immediately and the time of cancellation will be considered from when we acknowledge the email, not when it was sent.

Refund Process

Once a cancellation is confirmed and a refund is approved, the process is as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the booking (e.g., credit card, UPI, net banking via our payment gateway).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. The actual time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider's policies.

Service Dissatisfaction

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of the service completion.

  • We will first investigate the issue and may arrange for a re-cleaning or touch-up of the specific areas of concern at no additional cost.
  • A partial or full refund will only be considered in extreme cases where we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. The decision of AK Management Services in such cases will be final.

Changes to Bookings

If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time without any additional charges, subject to availability.
